Using the Eruv Hotline
The Eruv’s hotline connects to a Twilio and AWS account maintained by the HPEruv. This service accesses Twitter via the Twitter API and reads back the last Tweet of the user. Users are requested only to call the Eruv Hotline when they need to know the status of the eruv and not to call more than ten times in one day. If the message is that the eruv has not been checked, users should wait at least 30 minutes before calling the Eruv Hotline again.
